Wolverine Will Strike Again In "Days Of Future Past"

Hugh Jackman has officially been signed on by Fox and Bryan Singer to return as shinny claws mutant, Wolverine in the 2014 "First Class" sequel. It's yet unknown how big or small his part will be in "X-Men: Days Of Future Past", but I'm sure fans will find out soon enough.

While in an interview, promoting his new film adaption of hit musical, "Les Miserables", Hugh Jackman confirmed that he will indeed be returning to the role of Wolverine again for the 7th time in the "X-Men" franchise that's expanded throughout 14 years ("The Wolverine" in 2013 and "Days Of Future Past" in 2014).
Here's what Jackman said about returning to the role again after next years solo Wolverine film, 

"There is an X-Men: First Class sequel, which Bryan Singer is directing, as you know. Which I think is awesome. It started with Bryan Singer. I know the fans are super excited. I did a three-hour, three word cameo in the last one. It literally took me three hours. As long as it took me to audition for Les Miserables. I have been talking to Bryan Singer about doing something in this. There will be more claws in this. The three is getting a little dull. Four maybe? I like that."

Twitch Film is reporting that since Jessica Biel had to leave the role of The Viper behind in the upcoming "Wolverine" film, Fox have been in talks with "Tinker Tailor Solider Spy" actress Svetlana Khodchenkova to take over the role.

Jessica Biel Joins "Wolverine" Reboot!

20th Century Fox have just confirmed that the hot Jessica Biel has been cast in their 2013 "Wolverine" reboot. She has been cast as the films lead female called the Viper. Now I can't anything about this character because there are three Viper characters in the Marvel universe and I have no idea which one she is.

"Wolverine" Casting Begins!

Casting for the upcoming "Wolverine" reboot/sequel has begun and already four people have been cast in major roles. Seeing as the film is set in Japan, the following cast members are all Japanese,  

Hiroyuki Sanada ("Lost," Rush Hour 3, The Last Samurai) is set to play Shingen; veteran actor Hal Yamanouchi (The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Push, Sinbad of the Seven Seas) plays Yashida; and new discoveries Tao Okamoto and Rila [frick]ushima will star as Mariko and Yukio, respectively.

UPDATE: Never knew this but actor Will Yun Lee has been cast as the films lead villain................Kenuichio Harada aka The Silver Samuri!!!

"First Class" Get's Official Release Date & Possible Plot Idea And Title!

Fox have officially announced that their highly-anticipated "X-Men: First Class" sequel will get a July 18th, 2014 release date. The also confirmed that production will begin in early 2013 with all of the cast and crew from the first film all returning.
Now it's been rumored that the films plot will follow the "Days Of Future Past" storyline and that the title will then supposedly be "X-Men: First Class-Days Of Future Past" or just plain old "X-Men: Days Of Future Past". Someone over at ComicBookMovie.com commented saying that one of their very reliable sources mentioned that 20th Century Fox had registered the title, "Days Of Future Past" over at the MPAA Title Registration Bureau. This is something very interesting.
Some of "Days Of Future Past" storyline was used at the very very beginning of "X-Men: The Last Stand", which featured basically what's in the picture above, only Wolverine won and decapitated the Sentinel. The popular storyline features the Sentinels, Kitty Pride and Wolverine big time. I take it they will all be in the film then. Can't wait to see the Sentinels on the BIG-screen. They were meant to be in the first and second "X-Men" film, but they got taken out sadly. I wonder if Fox will bring Hugh Jackman in as Wolverine, or recast him???? BIG QUESTION!!!!

Glenn Danzig could have been Wolverine, said he would've been less Gay

Rock legend Glenn Danzig revealed some interesting info to LA Weekly recently. apparently, he was actually considered to play Wolverine in the first X-Men movie.

Early in the film's pre-production, you were in talks to play Wolverine in X-Men. How would you have played Logan/Wolverine differently than Hugh Jackman?

It wouldn't have been as gay. Actually, he wasn't the first choice. They hired Dougray Scott. He had a falling out with the director, and then they hired Hugh Jackman. I'm glad I didn't do it. It was terrible.
