"Doctor Who" Stamps Coming In 2013!

The BBC and the royal mail have announced that special "Doctor Who" stamps will go on sale next March to mark the shows BIG 50th anniversary. The above pics are what the final products will look like.
Well I know I'll be buying them all because they will truly be worth a bit of money in the next few years or so. I wonder why there was never special James Bond ones made?!

"Doctor Who: 50th Anniversary" Artwork & Rose Tyler Hints!

The BBC have released the first pieces of artwork for the BIG 50th anniversary of long-running British sci-fi drama "Doctor Who". The artwork features all eleven Doctors and some of the shows greatest enemies.
11th Doctor, Matt Smith, hinted about the possibilities of old companion Rose Tyler returning for the shows 50th.

“If I wanted a companion from the past I would say Rose because I am good friends with Billie.” 

  

The return of Rose, played by the great Billie Piper, is still very possible seeing as it's still rumored that David Tennant's 10th Doctor is expected to appear too.

Matt Smith To Continue Protecting The Universe Till 2014!

11th Doctor, Matt Smith, has again assured fans that he won't be leaving the TARDIS anytime soon. Smith was talking to MTV about the next season of the show when he confirmed that he was staying for one more series, which would take him well into 2014. This is what he said,

“It hasn’t been written yet but the idea is as brilliant and as mental as you’d expect from Steven. So there’s a lot to look forward to. "

“When Steven was going to pitch the next season to me not long ago, he said, ‘Are you ready to cry?’”

This means that Smith will have done 4 full seasons of the long-running British sci-fi series. It's a few eps shorter than previous Doctor, David Tennant, but we'll see how Smith feels after 2014. He might get a "goodbye series" too, insisting of 4/5 specials throughout the year of 2015.
