Bodybuilder Joins "Kick-Ass 2" As Mother Russia!

After on-set pics of the "Kick-Ass 2" set have been released online, it's now been confirmed that female bodybuilder Olga Kurkulina has joined the cast of the highly-anticipated 2013 sequel.
She will indeed be playing Red Mist's bodyguard, Mother Russia in the film. The above pics gives fans a close look at what she will look like in the comic-book sequel.

Jim Carrey Has Joined "Kick-Ass 2"

It's finally been confirmed that "Dumb & Dumber" star, Jim Carrey, has officially signed on to play Colonel Stars in the upcoming 2013 "Kick-Ass" sequel, "Balls To The Wall". The actor confirmed this while appearing on Conan O'Briens show in America.

"Kick-Ass 2" To Get Dumb?

It was rumored yesterday that "Dumb & Dumber" star Jim Carrey is in talks with Universal to join the cast of "Kick-Ass 2". He's said to be playing the role of Colonel Stars, one of the two leaders of Justice Forever crime-fighting group.
"Kick-Ass" creator Mark Millar mentioned on his Facebook page that he can't confirm or deny anything related to this report/rumor.

Universal Studios have announced that "KICK-ASS 2: Balls On The Wall" will be released on June 28th, 2013. It was rumored that it would've been getting a February 2013 released date, but that rumor was debunked and now the official one has been revealed.

"Scrubs" star Donald Faison has officially been cast in the upcoming sequel to 2010's "Kick-Ass". he has been cast as fellow vigilante Dr Gravity, a member of the "Justice Forever".

Two Key Actors Back For "Kick-Ass" Sequel!

Universal have closed the deal with actors Aaron Johnson ans Chloe Moretz on them both returning as Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl in Jeff Wadlow's highly-anticipated sequel, "Kick-Ass 2: Balls On The Wall". It's the 2013 sequel to Matthew Vaughn's 2010 film adaption of comic book favorite "Kick-Ass", written by the great Mark Millar.
There's no news yet on if Christopher Mintz-Plasse will return as Red-Mist or Motherfucker, which he's now called in Mark Millars comic of "Balls On The Wall". The cast had no plans for a sequel, so the studio didn't type up any contracts for any, so there were rumors that none of them would return for the BIG-screen sequel.
